Beechwood offers unique, contemporary multi-level office and studio space in a lovely, wooded environment with walking trails and plenty of free parking! Each fully-carpeted unit has its own private entrances and bathroom facilities.

Located on Route 125 in North Andover, Massachusetts,  Beechwood is just off Route 495 and close to the Lawrence Municipal Airport and many restaurants and shops.

Units range in size from 1119 to 1715 square feet, and many include the use of a private or shared outdoor porch. A great alternative to working at your kitchen table, Beechwood offers ideal workspace for all kinds of ventures — high-tech, real estate, and other service businesses, of course, but the space is also well-suited for artists and photographers (lots of natural light!), fitness/Yoga studios, a massage or wellness clinic … we are excited to grow our community, and we need you to help us do it!

Beechwood offers our tenants 24/7 access, with a well-lit parking lot just steps from your office door! We are located just down the street from the new North Andover Police Headquarters, and we often see them in our parking lot. They know we’re up here! Do you?

Gas stations, coffee shops, restaurants, post offices, even a bowling alley are all just down the street!
